Our Order Placement Policy Has Changed

July 8, 2024 | By Jeff Swan | Topics: Litho Pails, Plain Pails, Press Release
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an important change to our order modification policy at Cleveland Steel Container.

Effective immediately, our policy for moving, changing, or canceling a steel pail order from its intended production date will now require a minimum of 15 working days’ notice, an increase from the previous 10 working days.

For example, if you have a steel pail order set to enter production on July 29th, 2024, the last day you can request to move, change, or cancel it is the end of business on July 8th, 2024.

Our current order placement policy is staying the same, which states that customers will not be able to place any steel pail or cover order more than four months out from the current month.

If you have any questions or need further clarification about this policy change, please do not hesitate to contact your customer service representative or regional sales manager. All of our policies and documentation can be found directly on our website at www.cscpails.com/resources/documentation/

You can find their contact information directly on our website at cscpails.com/locate.

Thank you for your continued trust in our company. If you have any questions about an upcoming pail order, don’t hesitate to contact your sales manager!

Kindly,

Dan Roether
Vice President of Sales
