The lead times shown reflect production time at the plant and do not include shipping or transit time. Our lead times are determined by the plant and vary based on container design and truckload quantity.

Our lead times are updated every Monday and Wednesday and are an estimation. If you would like to contact a customer service representative about your pail plant’s lead times, please feel free to reach out to them here.

Our order modification/cancellation policy, effective from the confirmed production date, requires a minimum of 10 working days’ notice and requires orders to be placed no more than 4 months in advance.
