We are delighted to announce that Paul Santillan will join Cleveland Steel Container as the Southwest Regional Sales Manager, effective June 17, 2024. Paul’s immediate focus will be collaborating with Gary McWilliams on a smooth transition plan as Gary prepares to retire at the end of the year. In his new role, Paul will be key in expanding our steel pail business and strengthening customer relationships across the Southwest, West Coast, and Mexico territories. His strategic approach and customer-centric mindset will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving our sales goals.
He will primarily work from his home office in Houston, handling the steel pail business from our Kilgore, TX manufacturing facility (pictured above). Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and an MBA in Economics from the University of Texas in El Paso. With over ten years of sales experience, Paul brings a proven track record of success in the industrial steel pail industry. Residing in Houston, TX, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, participating in cooking competitions, and exploring new stadiums.
