We are pleased to announce that Cleveland Steel Container (CSC) has officially acquired Falco Group’s USA operations located in Roseville, MI. Falco Packaging has been a trusted name in the metal packaging industry since 1972. Over the coming months, we will be integrating Falco USA into the CSC family while maintaining the quality, service, and product expertise you’ve come to rely on.
This acquisition immediately increases our metal packaging footprint. In addition to CSC’s round gallon can, we now have increased capacity in gallon rounds and now offer gallon F-style and quart round cans. We are also expanding into cone top cans in the near future.

The other immediate change you will notice is the new banking/remittance information for invoices.
- Transition Period: Over the next 6-18 months, you’ll see Falco USA gradually integrate with CSC operations.
